Yes.  You have the ultimate say in the content and look of your book. We write your story based on your questionnaire answers and the notes gathered during your interview sessions, but you are free to change things right up until the printing day.

Yes.  We will suggest the best font for your biography and give you several other options.  Equally, we welcome any suggestions you may have, or if your heart is already set on a very particular font.  But remember: simplicity and legibility are key!

The whole process is relatively short when compared with large-scale publishing houses.  Usually, it takes between 8 and 12 weeks from the day you contact us to the day you can physically hold your very own biography in your hands.

Yes. Our clients often find that there so much more that they want to tell, or they want to include more photos than they originally thought.  Remember that we can also produce a 2nd edition for you if you find that something or someone was missed in the 1st edition.

Yes.  If your story is extensive, you have 2 options: you may either have a large publication (see VIP Package for details) or have one volume per ‘chapter of your life’.  Both options work equally well.

Yes.  The more you can tell us about your personal story, the better, as it will not only make the writing easier but the reading more compelling.  Other family members very often help to trigger memories or remember key moments that you might have forgotten!

Biographies are personal publication containing a lot of confidential information.  Therefore, we are able to provide extracts only (see the Book Samples section on the Overview page to request samples).

Yes.  We can produce a biography for someone as a surprise present.  This will involve interviewing several family members and/or friends to get a fuller picture of the person’s life, character, etc.  The cost is around 20% extra on the chosen package to cover the extra work.
